Our Laproscopy Treatments

Madhuram Women's & General Hospital's laparoscopy treatment used to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions. During a laparoscopic procedure, a small incision is made in the patient's abdomen, and a laparoscope, a thin tube with a camera and light source attached to it, is inserted into the incision. The camera allows the surgeon to view the inside of the abdomen and pelvis on a monitor, and other surgical instruments are inserted through additional small incisions to perform the necessary procedure.

Laparoscopy is commonly used for procedures such as diagnosing and treating endometriosis, removing ovarian cysts or tumors, performing a tubal ligation or hysterectomy, and treating ectopic pregnancies. The benefits of laparoscopy over traditional open surgery include less scarring, less pain, and a faster recovery time for the patient.
